Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of getverified.online ("GetVerified", "the service"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

GetVerified lets businesses publish a booking page and QR code, and lets customers book times with those businesses. GetVerified provides the booking tool only; the business is responsible for the service it provides to you (for example the meal, appointment, space or parking).

Business accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for your opening hours, prices, availability and for honouring bookings made through your page.
• You may only use customers' contact details to manage their bookings, and must handle them in line with applicable law.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, post misleading information or harm customers.

Customers

• Please give correct contact details so the business can reach you.
• If you choose to pay at the venue, arrive by the time shown. A business may give your place to someone else if you are late or do not come.
• Cancellations, refunds and changes are handled by the business you booked with, according to its own policy.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Invoices are issued for each confirmed booking. Prices are set by the business.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no fake or automated bookings, attempts to break or overload the system, or unlawful content.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, GetVerified is not liable for indirect losses, or for the acts or services of the businesses listed on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
